Day 6 and 7 of the Discover Britain trip with Brent and Jill Dyer and David and Beverly Fleming and the Worship Choir from Champion Forest Baptist Church has been off the charts as we saw the Changing of the Guard, toured Buckingham Palace, saw Saint Pauls Cathedral, Westminster Abbey, Parliament, Big Ben, had afternoon tea at Fortnam and Mason’s, enjoyed world-class sight seeing and an awesome farewell dinner tonight for those leaving us tomorrow. Extension trip takes the Eurostar to Paris tomorrow for three days of extraordinary sightseeing! Can’t wait!

Wow! What a great weekend on the Discover Britain trip with Brent and Jill Dyer and David and Beverly Fleming and the Worship Choir from Champion Forest Baptist Church! Visited The Tower of London and the crown jewels yesterday, John Wesley‘s home, and sang some great hymns at the gravesites of wonderful hymn writers like Isaac Watts. Today we had the great privilege of ministering with TaRanda Greene at Kensington Temple in London. What an incredible evening of worship and celebration!
On to some world-class sightseeing tomorrow! Appreciate your prayers!

Day 2 and day 3 of our DISCOVER BRITAIN ministry trip with Brent and Jill Dyer, David and Beverly Fleming and the Champion Forest Worship Choir has been extraordinary as we visited Bath and did a concert at Bath Abby yesterday and visited Oxford and did a concert at University Church of St. Mary to a full cathedral with the great TaRanda Greene. No doubt…we had church in Oxford today! On our way to London tonight. THANKS FOR YOUR PRAYERS!

Incredible day in Britain as we welcomed 80 of our best friends from Champion Forest Baptist Church in Houston at Heathrow airport!
We then toured Bristol, The New Room and John Wesley’s house, followed by a wonderful, private worship service in the New Room with Brent Dyer leading us in Wesley hymns and Pastor David Fleming giving us a timely message spotlighting the history of the Wesley brother’s ministry.
All topped off by an incredible meal at the hotel tonight! Thanks for your prayers! Off to Bath tomorrow to tour the city and do a concert at Bath Abby Cathedral!

The Best of Britain trip is a wrap! Thanks again to great friends Kevin and Teresa Batson and Randy and Lynne Kirby and their choirs at Taylors First Baptist Church, Greenville, South Carolina and First Baptist Church Simpsonville, South Carolina for their participation in this world-class trip to Britain and France with awesome ministry, sightseeing and great fellowship! Safe travels to all!

Extension trip to Paris has been off the charts! Took the Eurostar here yesterday with our group, toured Paris, had a welcome dinner last night at the hotel and have already seen many of the sights of this incredible city, including the Cathedral of Notre Dame, the Eiffel Tower, had a river cruise around the river Seine, dinner tonight in Montmartre and tomorrow… The Palace of Versailles! … Can’t wait!

Another couple of great days on The Best of Britain trip with Kevin Batson from Taylors FBC and Randy Kirby-from FBC Simpsonville and their wonderful, awesome choirs!
Yesterday we visited John Wesley‘s house, The Museum of Methodism and Bunhill Cemetery where we sang some of the great hymns of Isaac Watts around his tombstone and enjoyed a free evening (saw Motown again on West End)!
Today, we had a powerful prayer walk and ministry time, partnering with local missionaries, some went to see the changing of the guard, had more free time in London and sang our final concert at Southwark cathedral!
All of this followed by an incredible meal in Londontown tonight at Villandry St.James!
Off to Paris tomorrow on the Chunnel train for the extension!

Day four and five of The Best of Britain trip has been spectacular, visiting Windsor Castle and Westminster Abbey yesterday and enjoying a panoramic tour of all of London today along with having the privilege of ministering this morning at the Bloomsberry Central Baptist Church in London!

What a day!… God’s favor definitely upon TAYLORS FBC and FBC SIMPSONVILLE! Did a ministry concert in Oxford today at the University Church of St. Mary, toured Christchurch and Oxford University, traveled to London this evening where we checked in to our hotel this evening… GREAT DAY!

Another awesome day in Bristol and Bath as the American Festival Choir did a major concert at Bath Abbey Cathedral and toured the Ancient Roman Baths in the beautiful, quaint town of Bath. All topped off by a great meal at River Station Restaurant in Bristol!

An awesome day in Britain as we picked up all 75 folks from the airport, toured the New Room and Wesley‘s house and had a private worship service in Wesley‘s first church in Bristol. Had a nice visit from John Wesley himself as he preached during our worship service which included singing Wesley hymns. All topped off with a superb meal at the hotel tonight!
Great first day to an extraordinary trip! Congrats to Kevin Batson and Randy Kirby! Off to tour Bath tomorrow and sing in Bath Abbey!

So what does the awesome Celebration Concert Tours team do the day before they welcome 75 folks from Taylors FBC, Taylors, South Carolina with Kevin and Teresa Batson and FBC Simpsonville South Carolina with Randy and Lynne Kirby? Of course… take the Tube into Londontown and have a great time! Can’t wait!
