Friday, July 1st

  • Arrival into Washington D.C.
  • Welcome by our CCT Staff
  • Transfer to hotel for check-in
  • Welcome dinner at hotel (included)
  • Evening rehearsal

Saturday, July 2nd

  • Buffet breakfast at hotel
  • Depart for guided DC Monument Tour
  • Concert at the Lincoln Memorial
  • Lunch on your own at the Pentagon City Mall
  • Depart for Arlington Cemetery
  • Board trams for guided tour of Arlington Cemetery, including Tomb of the Unknown Soldier & Kennedy Gravesite
  • Experience the Changing of the Guard
  • Wreath laying ceremony
  • Depart for hotel to freshen up
  • Depart for the Capitol Hill Club
  • Dinner at the Capitol Hill Club (included)
  • Tour and Worship/Prayer Service in the House, Rotunda, etc.
  • Depart for hotel

Sunday, July 3rd

  • Buffet breakfast at hotel
  • Morning free
  • Dress Rehearsal at The Kennedy Center
  • Light dinner at the Kennedy Center
  • Gala concert at the Kennedy Center

Monday, July 4th

  • Full free day to enjoy the museums and the 4th of July festivities along with the Capitol 4th Concert on the National Mall

Tuesday, July 5th

  • Buffet breakfast at hotel
  • Concert at the WWII Memorial
  • Lunch Cruise around the Potomac River
  • Coaches depart for the hotel
  • Dinner on your own
  • Evening free

Wednesday, July 6th

  • Buffet breakfast at hotel
  • Check-out of our hotel
  • Transfer to airport for return flights home
